Fees are quoted in € (EUR), per person, including VAT.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you are unable to attend, you need to notify us by sending an e-mail with your name and registration confirmation.
You will be refunded according to the following conditions
- Cancellation before 3rd September 2025 – 100% refund.
- Cancellation after 3rd September 2025 or no-show – No refund
All refund requests will handled as soon as possible, however in some cases, refunds will be handled after the conference.
