Fees are quoted in € (EUR), per person, including 25% Danish VAT. Should VAT increase, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly. Billing will be in DKK and added 25% DK VAT.
Exchange rate: 1 € = 7,5 DKK.
In-person registration includes the registration kit, CRAS proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and welcome reception.
Gala Dinner:
On 12 September at 19:00, you can join the Gala Dinner at H.C.Meyers, Odeons Kvarter 11, 5000 Odense C.
Prize incl. 25% Danish VAT: 525 DKK (~70 €). The prize includes 3 courses, one glass of wine and water.

Please email Karina T. Therkildsen (ktt@mmmi.sdu.dk) if you need an invitation letter. Depending on citizenship, the processing time for visa can take several months. It is strongly recommended to start the process before June 2024.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you are unable to attend, you need to notify us by sending an e-mail with your name and registration confirmation to Karina T. Therkildsen.
You will be refunded according to the following conditions
- Cancellation before 3rd September 2024 – 100% refund.
- Cancellation after 3rd September 2024 or no-show – No refund
All refund requests will handled as soon as possible, however in some cases, refunds will be handled after the conference.
